Hey guys, it's William from Royal Cloak and I'll be showcasing a deck that I made, it uses the classic giant poison but without legendaries, which really opens up the range of users who can use this deck. This astounding deck got me to my personal best of 3340 as a level 9 with 9.5/7.5/4/0.

Without further ado, here is the deck. (Please insert picture of the deck here before the deck list)

  • Giant
  • Poison
  • Musketeer
  • Elixir Collector
  • Mini Pekka
  • Zap
  • Spear Goblins
  • Minions
I'll explain what each card does here.

Giant: Main tank for pushing, also great for blocking units on defense.

Poison: Use this to poison swarms of troops or just while you're attacking to prevent minion hordes and the like.

Musketeer: Your main air defense, supports the giant and shoots down air troops.

Elixir Collector: Helps you gain elixir advantage, try to get a lot of these down.

Mini Pekka: Great on defense against Hog, RG, Giant. Also is the main damage dealer in this deck, dealing tons of damage if it gets to the tower.

Zap: No need to write anything about this, you can find great zap guides everywhere.

Spear Goblins: Very versatile troop. Used for cycling, chip damage, kiting, and annihlating minion/minion horde after a zap. They can also be used to surround Sparky if placed right.

Minions: A great card when used properly. On defense, you can place a giant next to your tower to tank, then place minions on top of the enemy support troops. Works great as a "tank and spank" strategy with the giant.

During normal elixir time, play mostly defensively and try to get a lot of pumps down. If they have miner, try to predict where it will land, and then place a mini pekka down at the estimated location. During double elixir time, start with a giant in the back, place mini pekka and musketeer, and cycle until you have two giants smashimg their tower. If you have already gotten a tower, place the second giant in the middle and watch them panic. Against inferno, place minions at the river to tank the inferno once the giant is about to get in range. If you mess up, wait a bit, then zap.

Matchups:

Giant push: Put a mini pekka on the giant, and block his support troops with your giant. Place minions on the support troops if you need for firepower but make sure your minions won't gey splashed on by wizards, princess, etc.

GiLoon: You will likely lose over half a tower, so you have to counterpush. Place a mini pekka to kill the giant, and a musketeer to kill the balloon. Once they are down, stick a giant at the bridge and attack normally. They are down 10 elixir after their expensive push and they will lose their tower, and most likely at least half of their king tower as well. I have lost a tower and almost gotten 3 crowned by giant balloon decks, then counterpushed and 3 crowned them.

Hog: Mini pekka takes care of the hog, and zap if they have goblins behind the hog.

RG: Mini pekka on the RG, and if they place minions, quick drop minions + zap or Spear Goblins + Zap

Miner Cycle: Place a Mini pekka on the place where you think the miner will appear. You can also do this with a giant. If they have goblins, spear goblins, or fire spirits with the miner, zap.

Sparky: There are many different ways to counter. Use giant tank+ minions/mini pekka, zap+mini pekka, or spear goblins surround, etc

Thanks for reading and see you in the arena!
